ABOUT PARKS - Parks Medical Electronics, Inc. is the world’s oldest manufacturer of Doppler Ultrasound Systems.  The company was established in 1961 as Parks Electronics Laboratory, manufacturing plethysmographs, hearing testers and EKG telemetry systems in the years before the advent of Doppler.  The company is debt-free and wholly owned by Loren Parks, who designed many of the smaller units.
